Here we go again! In what seems to be just the start of a sticky legal battle between industry leading Match.com and upstart True.com are the subpoenas issued to 9 former match.com employees who have defected to True.com.

As everyone else believes, or so it seems Match.com has a good case and Herb Vest may have damned himself with his staunch support of his new employees. Bold move? Yes! Herb Vest has some pull and some clout in the community, this will likely be a colorful and dramatic event.
